A plate, c1900, printed with the "Pekin" pattern and in a semi-china body. Diameter 9.5 inches (24.2 cm). The plate is badly made, having stilt marks on both the front and back. The factory does not seem to have made semi-china until the 1890's, but Coysh and Henrywood suggest that the "Pekin" pattern may date to about 1850-60 |

Pountneys gravy boat c1955. Width 6.5 inches (16.7 cm). Printed with floral sprays imitating Bristol porcelain of c1755, however the shape did not appear in the 18th century. It has the the Bristol 1770-1780 mark. |

A printed loving cup made for Bulmer's cider c1930. It has a capacity of one pint. There is a printed mark for c1922-1948, plus an excise mark for George V. The owner has similar single handled mugs of one and half pint capacities. |

Made by Pountney's 1965-9 for H P Bulmer. The height is 4 inches (10.4 cm). Printed on one side with an apple and on the other side with a pear. Underneath it has the inscription "PRESENTED BY H P BULMER LIMITED HEREFORD. CIDER MAKERS", plus the mark for 1965-9. |

A printed cup and saucer. The diameter of the saucer is 4.8 inches (12.2 cm). It was made for the Cross Keys public house (Fussell's Brewery), between 1957 and 1965. |

A printed sauceboat. The length is 5.4 inches (13.7 cm). It bears the inscription "A SIMONS HOTEL / The Hop Leaf". The mark (est. 1683) was used from about 1922 to about 1948. It also has the inscriptions Vitrite and Amberone. "Vitrite" was a toughened ceramic body used for hotel wares. "Amberone" is the name of the glaze. The has heavily cracked. |

A printed loving cup. The height is 4.1 inches (10.4 cm). The mark was used from 1957 to 1965. It has the inscription "GOD SPEED THE PLOUGH". This inscription appears on some 18th century English delftware. This design was also produced by at least one other pottery. |
